About Sarah Elizabeth Vosper

There's a moment when you realise the patterns running your life aren't actually yours, they were handed to you long before you made a conscious choice. I know that moment because I lived it.

I'm Sarah Elizabeth. I'm a transformation coach, Sound Therapist, and Medicine Drum guide based in Northern NSW, Australia. My work lives at the intersection of Spirit, soul-level truth, and real, lasting change — the kind that doesn't ask you to endlessly analyse your mind, because some things can only shift when you go beneath it. I specialise in supporting people through life's most profound transitions: the thresholds where an old identity must die before a new one can bloom.

My path here wasn't linear. I studied fashion and textile design, modelled internationally, and spent years shaped by the world's ideas of beauty and worth. A Dark Night of the Soul cracked me open, and deep dives into Plant Medicines, study with Medicine Women in Australia, from Canada and Mexico, and a rigorous confrontation with everything I'd buried in my body led me to the most important discovery of my life: that Spirit is the most direct route home, and that real liberation lives beneath the surface of what the mind can see.

Three years ago I faced my own rock bottom initiation. My relationship ended, I lost the home we were building, and I found myself on the verge of being homeless with less than $2,000 to my name, walking through the process of preparing to euthanise my dog of six years. What brought me through wasn't strategy, it was learning to receive support from wider community, to trust something larger than my circumstances, and to recognise that what felt like collapse was actually metamorphosis. An old identity was dying. A new one was being born. That experience lives in me now as a compass, and it is the foundation of everything I offer.

I used an intuitive self-guided Medicine Drum journey to break an unhealthy pattern in romantic partnership, one that had separated me from the connection I most deeply desired. The shift was so profound that I began offering it to others. What I witnessed confirmed what I'd felt: we carry Ancestral pain in our bodies, and when it's met with the right reverence and pathway, it can be transmuted in ways the mind alone cannot reach.

Sound Therapy deepens this work in a different register. Sound moves beneath the thinking mind, into the body, into the places where grief, fear, and held identity live. I offer Sound Therapy as a dedicated practice with a particular focus on life's transitions, including end-of-life support. I believe our most sacred passage deserves the most sacred of containers. At the threshold of death, people drop their masks. What remains is entirely real. That space calls to me, and I am trained to hold it.

I'm drawn to the full arc of being human, the beauty of it, the grief of it, and the extraordinary power of death as transformation.

If you're ready to stop managing your patterns and start working with Spirit to move through them, whether you're navigating a relationship ending, a loss, a major life shift, or the profound territory of dying and death — you're in the right place.
