Sacred Wholeness is a sound therapy practice specialising in life transitions and end-of-life sound therapy in Australia. Founded by Sarah Elizabeth Vosper, the work offers emotional and spiritual support (non-clinical) for individuals and families moving through major life transitions, grief, loss, and end-of-life through sacred singing, prayer, and intentional sound.
Sarah channels sound intuitively, drawing from the Earth, the Ancestors, and ancient Sanskrit mantra in high tones, bringing through a sense of lightness, peace, and connection. Her work bridges the unseen with the seen through sound and prayer, creating spaces of deep inner peace, presence, and gentle reorientation during times of profound change.
Rooted in compassion and reverence for the human experience, Sacred Wholeness offers in-person sound therapy sessions across home, community, retreat, and ceremonial settings throughout Northern NSW and Southeast Queensland.

This 10-minute Silent Sitting Morning Practice is a simple yet profound meditation designed to help you reconnect with your own Presence, clarity and inner fullness before moving into the demands of the day.
Created from lived experience, this practice became an antidote to feeling depleted, unseen, emotionally scattered and consumed by the needs of others. Through the simplicity of silence, it became a way to fill up first. A way to reconnect with awe, receive clarity, and return to what feels sacred and alive within.
This is not about escaping life.
It is about meeting yourself before the world does.
With consistent practice, Silent Sitting can support you to:
• Feel more emotionally and energetically full
• Respond to life with greater clarity rather than reactivity
• Reconnect with inspiration, awe and inner stillness
• Begin your mornings grounded, centred and connected to yourself
• Create a deeper relationship with Presence and the sacredness of everyday life

• Guided Version — spoken guidance with Tibetan sound bowl cues to begin and complete the 10-minute sitting
