How to best make use of the Silent Sitting guided practice:

Set a time to allocate 10 minutes each morning as your time for practice. This is your dedicated time to fill yourself up before the noise of the world starts calling you.

Get a comfy pillow to sit on, light some natural incense as an offering to all of life and all that supports you, sit in a comfortable position preferably where you can see some Nature (not necessary but interacting with the Natural world can feel inspiring and offer beautiful reflections as you enter into Presence and stillness), press play and follow the guidance.

Recommended to start with the verbal guided file, and once you're comfortable with the practice, you may like to choose the non-talking guided option.
